How can i get rid of the mildew smell in my washing machine?

Hello Sharon, Run your washing machine on the highest setting %26amp; add bleach. Do the same again but this time add vinegar, this will rid the smell. I myself don麓t like using bleach in the washing machine, I use Milton Sterilizing solution, which is used to sterilize baby麓s bottles. How can i get rid of the mildew smell in my washing machine?
run an empty wash with Milton's anti bacterial powder. How can i get rid of the mildew smell in my washing machine?
you can buy things in shops-- Tesco - etc, to put in you're washer, just like you can for the dishwasher.
put it on a hot wash with a pack of soda crystals in the drum or white vinegar

its a smelly job but needs to be done
Clean out the filter then a hot wash with soda crystals or vinegar then leave the door open to let the air circulate
Buy ';Chlorophyll'; from health food store. Pour some into the washing machine as it fills with water, %26amp; let it run a cycle. Your washer will be odor free.
Good morning, Sharon,

If you are sure your filter is clean and that there is not a dead mouse under your washer then all you need to do is bring water level above the bottom of the washer tub a few inches, then add a few cups of liquid bleach and let it sit overnight. Be sure you close the cover after adding the bleach.

The next morning, turn the washer on and let it finish its cycle with no laundry inside.

That will do it...
I've run a hot cycle with bleach in it or vinegar. Both will kill the smell.

To avoid the smell in the future, keep the lid/door open in order for it to dry in the future and not get this smell again.
